Connie and Kelly are passionate about good food and GoodFood, being foodies and Anglophiles both! Though currently living on opposite coasts, the arrival of the BBC GoodFood Magazine in our respective mailboxes each month is a much-anticipated common delight. Almost as often as either one of us conjures up something from these pages to share with others, the recipe is requested, hence the idea to share our adaptations with a wider audience. We hope you’ll enjoy discovering the best of British cookery ‘translated’ for the American cook!
