Sesame and Ginger Green Beans

These delicious green beans taste exactly like those you would get at a Chinese take-away . . . only better! We served them with Sticky Orange and Soy Salmon. YUM!

 

 

 

Sesame and Ginger Green Beans

7 oz. green beans, topped and tailed
1 tbs. sesame oil
small chunk ginger, peeled and grated
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Cook the green beans in a pan of boiling, salted water for 3 minutes, until just tender. Drain.

Heat the oil, ginger, and garlic in a large skillet for 1 minute until they become fragrant. Toss in the beans and season. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
