Celebrate Citrus!

We love the way orange, lemon, and lime bring ‘sunshine’ to a grey day — bright color, bright flavor, bright aromas — so that we almost feel the need for our sunglasses!

You’ll forgive us for leaning toward the sweet side of the kitchen this week, though citrus has its place in savoury dishes as well. In fact, we’ll start with Marmalade Pork before giving you Lovely Lemon Drizzle Loaf, Lime and Ginger Bars, and Duke of Cambridge Tart mid-week. Then we’ll wrap up the week with Beef and Orange Stir Fry, a tip of the hat to next week’s theme . . . stay tuned!

Of course, you may also wish to revisit marmalade altogether, not forgetting the recent marvelous recipe for Bitter Orange and Cardamom Martinis either. Pull out the zester and juicer, it’s time again to celebrate citrus!
