L-O-V-E is in the Air
We can’t help ourselves — Valentine’s Day is upon us and we’re ready to celebrate some of the things we LOVE! First it’s summer, pesto, and crème fraîche with Summer-in-Winter Chicken; next up you’ll find us singing the praises of pesto again, this time with Roasted Salmon Fillets with a Crusted Pecorino and Pesto Topping. Midweek we’ll give you Love Bug Biscuits — what’s not to LOVE, when we’re talking cookies and ladybugs?!?
Thursday will bring a much-LOVED recipe for Chicken in Barbecue Sauce, one that our grown children beg for sentimentally from time to time; and Friday you’ll find Bloody Mary Pepper Prawns — that’s right, you can eat your Bloody Mary for dinner! LOVE that!
Meanwhile, we find ourselves reminiscing fondly about last February’s Marmalade Week as we get ready to Celebrate Citrus next week — for the LOVE of lemons (and oranges, and limes), pucker up!
