This luscious sauce is the perfect accompaniment to simply prepared steak or chops! If you are a fan of blue cheese, nothing is better than the regal English Stilton. It is showcased beautifully here, and so good that we could eat it straight from the sauce pot with a very large spoon!
4 oz. Stilton cheese (1 cup, crumbled)
5 fl. oz. heavy cream
2 tsp. wholegrain mustard
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat to melt the cheese. Boil gently to thicken, 4-5 minutes.
