Maple and Mustard Ham

My. Oh. My. This is good! Whether for a weeknight supper or a special occasion, this ham has it all and the preparation couldn’t be easier: simply combine four ingredients to make a sauce, pour them oven the ham, and bake for an hour, basting often. The ham is moist and the sauce turns into a thick, sticky glaze that is sublime. Serve thickly sliced with roasted potatoes and a green veg — dinner is done! And if you have any leftover, consider it your privilege to slice thinly for sandwiches the next day . . . YUM!

Maple and Mustard Ham

3 fl. oz. maple syrup
2 tbs. whole grain mustard
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs. soy sauce
3-4 lb. cooked ham

Combine the maple syrup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Fit the ham into a baking dish and pour the sauce over. Cook for 1 hour at 375°F, basting often, until the ham is heated through and the sauce is sticky.
